I really like this car. Why?because its just small but terrible, like me im small but not that small. I started to like the mini cooper when i watched the movie The Italian Job. The movie genre is heisting or robbing/stealing, it is about a team of thieves who plans to steal gold bullion bars from their former teammate who betrayed them.
Mini Cooper is made by Cooper Car Company and the owner of the company is John Newton Cooper. John Cooper is one of the designers of formula one and rally cars, also john saw that mini cooper has the potential in car racing. The first mini cooper was made in 1961, its the Austin Mini Cooper and Morris Mini Cooper. The morris mini cooper's original engine is 848cc and they re-designed the engine to 997cc, the boosting power increased from 34bhp to 55bhp. It is a racing tuned engine that has a twin SU Carburettors, has a close ratio gearbox and front disc brakes. These features of the engine is very uncommon back then in a small car.
In 1963, Mini Cooper S was developed. It has a 1071cc engine with a nitrided steel crankshaft and a 70.61mm bore. The bottom end part was strengthened allowing it for further tuning. and has a servo-assisted disc brakes. They also produced two S Models for circuit racing, the class are under 1000cc and 1300cc.
